•1\.Patients having age between 20 Ã¢â?¬â?? 50 years of either sex
•2\.Abdominal obesity, (waist circumference \>102 cm in men and \>88 cm in women)
•3\.Hypertriglyceridemia (S. Triglycerides level 150\-300 mg/dl)
•4\.Low HDL cholesterol (S.HDL cholesterol \<40 mg/dl for men and \<50 mg/dl for women)
•5\.Elevated blood pressure (Systolic blood pressure above 130mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure above 85mmHg)
•6\.Impaired fasting glucose (Fasting plasma glucose 100\-125 mg/dl).

•1\.Age below 20 and above 50 years.
•2\.Drug\-induced dyslipidemia.
•3\.Systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Carcinoma and Endocrine disorders like Cushing
•syndrome, Hypothyroidism.
•4\.Patient having the past history of M.I. \& Unstable Angina.
•5\.Patient having Clinical Features of CCF.
•6\.Patients having a major renal or liver disorder.
•7\.Patients having fasting blood sugar Ã¢â?°Â¥ 150 mg/dl.
•8\.Patients taking allopathic treatment of Diabetes, Hypertension or Cholesterol.
