Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Paraplegia for more than 6 months
- •Incomplete SCI of both Traumatic and Non\-traumatic type
- •Spasticity \>\=1 on MAS of lower limb muscle group
- •Patients able to walk atleast 10m with or without Assistive devices.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with recent orthopedic conditions which affects the mobility.
- •Any other Neurological Brain diagnosis
- •Patients with excessive fear of needle administration
