Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1. Pregnant females with severe preâ??eclampsia.
  • •2. Pregnant females with eclampsia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Women who are known case of hypertension.
  • •2. Seizures due to metabolic disturbances, space occupying lesions or intracerebral infections. 3. Women who have a contraindication for MRI, for example, the presence of metallic implants, pacemaker or claustrophobia.
  • •4. Patients with known history of epilepsy, demyelinating disorders, cerebrovascular accidents or any neurosurgical procedures.
  • •5.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
