Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients posted for femur fracture surgeries under spinal anesthesia only.

2, Age between 18 - 60 years

3. Patients giving written valid consent

4. ASA Physical Status I, II and III.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with poor GCS ( Glasgow Coma Scale )

2. Patients with Renal and Liver diseases

3. Patients with Bleeding Tendency and Coagulopathy

4. Patients with Known Neuropathy

5. Patients with Skin Lesions at local site

6. Patients with Local anesthetic allergy

7. Patients requiring General Anesthesia
