Inclusion Criteria

1.Children mild to moderate developmental delay

2.Developmental delay with primary motor domain

3.Parent evaluation of developmental status(Path A and Path B)

4.GMFCS level 1-3

Exclusion Criteria

1. Severe visual or cognitive impairment, seizure.

2. Any previous surgical history within the last 6 months.

3. Children with pure language and social domain involvement.

4. Exclusive learning disabilities.

5. Medication affecting the experimental procedure

6. Patients with any traumatic/musculoskeletal injury to lower limbs.
