-Patient refusal
-Preop Delirious patients
-Emergency lower limb surgery
-History of substance abuse (alcohol, opioid)
-History of cerebral surgeries, stroke, severe head injury
-History of any neurological disorders
-History suggestive of psychiatric diseases like schizophrenia, Dementia and etc.
-Prescription of central nervous system â??active medication
(eg; antidepressants, antipsychotics, sedatives)
-Any systemic complications of regional anesthesia

Name Time Method 1) To determine the effect of preoperative serum electrolytes and occurrence of Postop delirium <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2) To compare the discriminative ability of frailty scale and ASA classification to predict morbidity and mortality.Timepoint: prevalence of Delirium in the patients as 15%
