Inclusion Criteria
•ASAI, II& III patients above 18 years of age.
•Patients scheduled for above knee lower limb orthopaedic surgeries.
•Cognitive ability to comprehend and understand NRS scale
Exclusion Criteria
•Patient having contraindications for Sub-arachnoid block
•Coagulopathy
•Infection at injection site
•Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
•Patients receiving Epidural block for Lower Limb surgeries
Diabetic neuropathy& other neurological deficits in lower limb
