Being candidate for laparoscopic cystectomy
ASA score of 2 according to American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA class)
Informed consent to participate in the study
Contraindications to use of dexamethasone
Having severe and uncontrolled diseases of cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, chronic respiratory
Taking anti-nausea drugs and painkillers 24 hours before surgery
People with a history of gastrointestinal problems and postoperative nausea
Having a history of corticosteroids
BMI>30 kg/m2
Pregnant and elderly women
