Inclusion Criteria
76 opiate-addicted patients with ASA class II and III, aged < 90 years undergoing CABG
Exclusion Criteria
history of preoperative renal failure requiring hemodialysis or serum creatinine greater than 2mg / dl, severe hepatic failure, EF less than 30%, pulmonary disease requiring oxygen therapy at home, a disease requiring the use of inotropes or intra-aortic pumps, emergency surgeries and allergy to methadone or intravenous morphine

Name Time Method Hemodynamic variables ( MAP, O2SAT, HR) at the time of ICU admission, 1, 2, 3, and 4 hours after the operation, and 30 minutes and 2 hours a manomerty, pulse oxymetery, ECG
