Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers without any systemic illness and haematological disorders.
Patients with hemoglobinopathies such as sickle cell disease and thalassemia.
Exclusion Criteria
Hemolytic anemia due to any other reason than hemoglobinopathy.
