•1. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis and characteristic x ray
•changes as mentioned in definition.
•2. Age group 30 to 70yrs
•3. Cases of both sexes.
•4. Cases with no disability (0-4) to moderate disability (15-24) according to Oswestry neck pain
•disability index.
•5. Patients with pain score up to 6 in Visual Analogue Scale/Graphic Rating Scale.

•1. Patients with advanced degenerative changes in cervical region requiring surgical intervention.
•2. Patients under other medication for the same complaint
•3. Patients taken steroid injection last 2 weeks before
•4. Patients taking medications with analgesics and anti-inflammatory effect for other conditions
•5.Patients with cognitive impairment
