Inclusion Criteria
1. All the patients fulfilling case definition.
2. Patients of all genders, all socioeconomic strata above 18 years
of age
Exclusion Criteria
1.Complication of allergic rhinitis
2. COPD, tuberculosis
3. Patients who require emergency medical intervention
5.Vaccinated against infuenza virus within 6 months of study
6. A female patient who is pregnant/ lactating mother
7. Drug induced conditions
