- •Patients of suspected sepsis (NEWS assessment score greater than equal to 5)
排除标准
- •1. Patients coming to the Emergency department in intubated or tracheostomised state
- •2. Not willing to give consent for mechanical ventilatory support
- •3. Pregnancy
- •4. Known cases of chronic obstructive lung diseases or interstitial lung diseases
- •5. Patient getting intubated for head injuries
- •6. Patients getting intubated for surgical procedures
- •7. Patients with chronic heart failure
