Inclusion Criteria
1: Meets PHQ-9 and or GAD-7 =5 for baseline measurements<br><br>2: Informed consent was given
Exclusion Criteria
1: Presence of suicidal thoughts in entry 9 of the PHQ-9 on any of the psychometric measures<br>2: Persons with cognitive impairment, impaired consciousness, intellectual disability and inability to communicate<br>3: Severe cerebral and somatic disorders and psychoactive substance abuse<br>4: Persons currently suffering from a mental disorder or being treated with antipsychotic medication for a mental disorder<br>5: Women during pregnancy or within 3 months after delivery.
