Exclusion Criteria
1. Those who are or may be pregnant 2. Those who have undergone or will undergo treatment for the disease between the 18F-FAPI-74 PET/CT and renal biopsy 3. Patients for whom furosemide administration is considered inappropriate by the referring physician 4. Patients for whom water intake is considered inappropriate by the referring physician 5. Those who are with severe claustrophobia 6. Those who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in this study by the principal investigator or sub-investigator
