Patients having undergone TCRAT between 09/21 and 01/23 or CABG between 08/17 and 12/18.

Exclusion Criteria

Emergency surgery, incomplete data in patient files

Primary Outcome Measures

ength of mechanical ventilation, number of reintubation, number of tracheotomies, Horowitz index after surgery and 6 hours after surgery, frequency of pleural effusions/pneumothoraces/atelectasis that needed an intervention, amount of pneumonia
