Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 18 and 70 years, palpable pain at the heel, clinically diagnosed plantar heel pain (plantar fascia dinosis / plantarfasciities: ICD\-10 code M72\.2\), suitability for orthopaedic device therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •cardiovascular, neurological or peripheral vascular diseases, acute infections, alcohol abusus, current drug therapy (pain and anti\-inflammatory drugs, antibiotic treatments), acute traumas at the lower extremity, current physiotherapeutic treatments, further additional ailments on the musculoskeletal system.
