Inclusion Criteria
Healthy patients, subjects with caries lesions and subjects with periodontitis can participate.
Exclusion Criteria
You cannot participate if you smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day, are pregnant or lactating or if you are participating in any other clinical trial within the last 3 months prior to enrolment. You cannot participate either, if you had active periodontal therapy using interventions within the past 3 months.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method quantification of oral bacteria and biomarker (outcome comparison of both methods).<br>Saliva samples will be stored frozen. The analysis with qPCR (Quantitative polymerase chain reaction) will take place in November 2018 (extractions). The analysis with the Diagoras device will be performed in January 2019 after completion of the device development.<br>
