- •Acromegalic and non\-acromeglic patients with pituitary tumor scheduled for trans\-sphenoidal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Previous history of major airway surgery or airway pathology
- •2\.Patients with cervical spine injury or pathology
- •3\.Pregnant females
- •4\.Patientâ??s denial to participate in the study
