Inclusion Criteria

  • •Acromegalic and non\-acromeglic patients with pituitary tumor scheduled for trans\-sphenoidal surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Previous history of major airway surgery or airway pathology
  • •2\.Patients with cervical spine injury or pathology
  • •3\.Pregnant females
  • •4\.Patientâ??s denial to participate in the study
