Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients with ASA (American society of anaesthesia) 1-3 physical status
2)Age 18-65 yrs of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients who are unable to open mouth due to any reason
2)Patients with laryngeal masses
3)Patients with head and neck cancers
4)Patients with limited cervical movement
5)Pregnancy
6)Psychiatric disorder
