1. The first onset and the course of the disease is more than 6 months.
2. The diagnosis is in line with the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference and confirmed by head CT or MRI.
3. The previous limb activities were normal, and there are different degrees of hemiplegia at present.
4. The vital signs are stable, and there is no disturbance of consciousness.
5. Patients who can take secondary prevention drugs for cerebral infarction and cooperate with routine rehabilitation training as prescribed by the doctor.
6. Those who agree to participate in this experiment.
1. Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, lacunar cerebral infarction.
2. Severe heart, lung, liver, renal insufficiency and blood system diseases.
3. Malignant tumors or various infectious diseases.
4. Patients with diseases such as the bone and joint system that affect the assessment of muscle strength.
5. Patients who cannot cooperate with rehabilitation assessment.
