Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. The first onset and the course of the disease is more than 6 months.
- •2\. The diagnosis is in line with the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference and confirmed by head CT or MRI.
- •3\. The previous limb activities were normal, and there are different degrees of hemiplegia at present.
- •4\. The vital signs are stable, and there is no disturbance of consciousness.
- •5\. Patients who can take secondary prevention drugs for cerebral infarction and cooperate with routine rehabilitation training as prescribed by the doctor.
- •6\. Those who agree to participate in this experiment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, lacunar cerebral infarction.
- •2\. Severe heart, lung, liver, renal insufficiency and blood system diseases.
- •3\. Malignant tumors or various infectious diseases.
- •4\. Patients with diseases such as the bone and joint system that affect the assessment of muscle strength.
- •5\. Patients who cannot cooperate with rehabilitation assessment.
