简要总结

During pregnancy, many women experience back pain and pain that spreads to one or both legs. This happens because of weight gain, posture changes, hormonal changes, and pressure on nerves. These problems can affect daily activities and quality of life. Neural mobilization is a gentle treatment that helps nerves move properly, reduces pain, improves flexibility, and increases blood flow to the nerve. Many previous studies have shown that this technique helps in different nerve-related conditions, but very little research has been done specifically on pregnant women with leg radiating pain.In this study 66 pregnant women will included and they will be divided into three groups, group A will recieve neural mobilization + conventional exercis, group B will recieve conventional exercises + sham treatment and group C will recieve conventional exercises only. Intervention will be given for 3 days per week for 4 weeks. Pain, quality of life, range of motion, and radiating symptoms will be measured before and after treatment. The study expects that women who receive neural mobilization along with exercises will have more pain relief, better movement, and improved quality of life compared to other groups.
