- •Acute kidney injury from other causes
- •anemia Hb<8mg/dl
- •Congestive heart failure
- •Previous expose to contrast < 2 weeks
- •hypotension SBP < 80 mmhg
- •recent IABP
- •Neprotoxic drug use
- •cannot do any procedure on arms
- •deny inform consent
- •acute myocardial infarction
