入选标准
- •1.Patient between the age group of 30-70 years of either sex.
- •2.Patient suffering from sign and symptoms of sandhigata vata that is Shoola, Shotha, Stambha and Atopa.
- •3.Morning stiffness lasting 20 minute or less.
- •4.Patient with radiological finding of knee joint osteoarthritis.
- •5.Patient fit for janu Basti and Upnaha.
排除标准
- •1.Osteoarthritis secondary to other conditions like trauma, fractures etc.
- •2.Rheumatoid arthritis
- •3.Gouty arthritis (Vatarakta)
- •4.Complete loss of articular cartilage
- •5.Severe bursitis
- •6.Pregnant women and lactating women
- •7.critical illness like cardiac disease, carcinoma, tuberculosis, HIV, trauma, neurological disorder
