Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • •2\. ASA I and II
  • •3\. Patients of either sex in the age group between 20\-70 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Difficult airway
  • •2\. Mouth opening \< 2\.5 cm
  • •3\. ASA III and IV
  • •4\. Any neck pathology or of upper respiratory tract
  • •5\. Obese patients with BMI \> 30 kg/m²
  • •6\. Surgery tome more than 2 hours
  • •7\. Increased risk of asporation e.g. pregnancy, trauma, full stomach patients( \<8 hrs fasting) or any intra abdominal pathology like intestinal obstruction, peritonitis, gastric paresis
