入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- •2. ASA I and II
- •3. Patients of either sex in the age group between 20-70 years
排除标准
- •1. Difficult airway
- •2. Mouth opening < 2.5 cm
- •3. ASA III and IV
- •4. Any neck pathology or of upper respiratory tract
- •5. Obese patients with BMI > 30 kg/m²
- •6. Surgery tome more than 2 hours
- •7. Increased risk of asporation e.g. pregnancy, trauma, full stomach patients( <8 hrs fasting) or any intra abdominal pathology like intestinal obstruction, peritonitis, gastric paresis
