Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • 2\. ASA I and II
  • 3\. Patients of either sex in the age group between 20\-70 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Difficult airway
  • 2\. Mouth opening \< 2\.5 cm
  • 3\. ASA III and IV
  • 4\. Any neck pathology or of upper respiratory tract
  • 5\. Obese patients with BMI \> 30 kg/m²
  • 6\. Surgery tome more than 2 hours
  • 7\. Increased risk of asporation e.g. pregnancy, trauma, full stomach patients( \<8 hrs fasting) or any intra abdominal pathology like intestinal obstruction, peritonitis, gastric paresis
