Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients willing to give written informed consent
- •2\.ASA grade I and II
- •3\.Body weight 30\-60kgs
- •4\.Patient undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia with
- •controlled ventilation
- •5\.Patients of either gender with age group ranging from 18 to 50 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Known/ predicted difficult airway
- •2\.Mouth opening \<2\.5cm
- •3\.Patients with body mass index \= 30 kg/m2
- •4\.Surgery lasting for \>2hours
- •5\.Patients with increased risk of aspiration of gastric contents (NBM status unknown,nonfasted,gastrointestinal stricture or stenosis)
