入选标准
- •1.ASA PS I-II, aged 18-80 years undergoing elective ambulatory surgery.
- •2.BMI of 20-30 kg/m2
- •3.Elective surgery of planned duration 0-2 hrs.
排除标准
- •1.Patientâ??s refusal or inability to give informed consent
- •2.Neck pathology
- •3.History of upper gastrointestinal disorders including gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia, gastro-oesophageal cancer or upper gastrointestinal surgery
- •4.Previous or anticipated problems with the upper airway
- •5.Live pregnancy
- •6.Increased risk of gastric aspiration
- •7.Metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease
