入选标准
- •Singleton pregnant women with Gestational age between 24 to 36 weeks admitted with
- •consistent painful uterine contractions(uterine activity recorded using Tocogram) With intact
- •membranes with Cervical dilatation < 3 cm.
排除标准
- •1.Any clinical evidence of infection such as fever,WBC count more than 15000/µL, CRP values more than 6mg/L
- •2.Pregnant women with established preterm labor pain (Cervix more than or equal to 3 cm dilated)
- •3.Multiple gestation
- •4.Women with ruptured membranes
- •5.Women having uterine anomalies
- •6.Those who have contra indications to tocolysis therapy
- •7.Those in whom preterm delivery is indicated due to placental/fetal pathologies
- •8.Acute/chronic inflammatory diseases such as SLE,Rheumatoid arthritis,ITP
