1. Individuals who are planned for ACLR surgery.
2. Those undergoing simultaneous meniscal repair with the ACLR.
3. Patellar tendon autograft, hamstring autograft, and allograft ACLR.
4. Age group: 18-50 years.
5. Subjects will be willing and able to give written informed consent.
6. Approval from a physician regarding cardio-pulmonary fitness for required test protocol.
1. History of peripheral arterial diseases
2. Varicose veins
3. Pregnancy
4. History of bleeding disorders
5. Heart disease that could limit physical function
6. Patient who has any contraindications to exercise/ exertion
7. Pre-existing psychiatric illness, dementia, locomotor-disability
leading to difficult engagement in exercise
