1.) Barthel index < 30 points
2.) Consent to participate by patients themselves or by caregivers
3.) Patient has not been admitted to early rehabilitation for more than 48 hours at the time of inclusion in the study.
Exclusion Criteria

2.) Lack of consent to participation by patients themselves or by caregivers
