Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are eligible for posterior cruciate ligament retaining total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
Patients for whom the Navigation System is deemed unusable
Patients in whom it is judged that the posterior cruciate ligament cannot be preserved intraoperatively

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The positional posture and intraoperative dynamics between the femur and tibia during the passive ROM movement were recorded by the Navigation System. In addition, internal and external rebound stresses will be applied and the distance between the joints will be measured.
