- •1.ASA physical status I or II
- •2.aged between 18-65 years
- •3.undergoing elective gynecological laparotomy surgery under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.diabetic mellitus
- •2.treatment with steroids
- •4.use of opioid or analgesic drug within one month prior to the study
- •5.history of alcohol or drug abuse
- •6.pregnancy
- •7.undergoing surgical staging surgery
- •8.history of chronic pain
- •9.history of peptic ulcer or gastritis
- •10.patietns who refused
