Inclusion Criteria
The pediatric patients who are aged between 3 and 12 years old and scheduled to be recieved intravenous patient-controlled analgesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to opioid and NSAID
The risk of malignant hyperthermia
Evoked potential monitoring during surgery
Electrolyte imbalance and/or hypothyroidism
Preoperative QT prolongation
Drug taking which affect the QT interval
