- Interventional
入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with irreversible pulpitis in mandibular first or/and second molars on both right and left sides,
- •Those aged 25-45 yrs,
- •Those in good health, with no previous history of allergy to any kind of local anesthesia, sulphites or other drugs that would alter pain perception,
- •Prolonged response to cold testing with Endo-frost (RoekoLangenace, Germany),
- •A vital coronal pulp on access opening,
- •No history of trauma to the involved tooth
排除标准
- •Patients with periapical pathology or any periapical radiolucency on rediograph
- •Retreatment cases
- •Cases with Non vital pulp
- •Pregnancy or lactating patients
- •Patients unable to give informed consent
- •Those with allergies to local anesthetic agent or sulphites or sulphur drugs
- •Those taking CNS depressants or any analgesic medication within 12 hrs
