Children aged 6-10 years with no previous dentist exposure.
2. Children with Franklâ??s behavior rating 2 or 3.
3. Dental caries with a localized enamel breakdown without clinical signs of
dentinal involvement (international caries detection and assessment system
(ICDAS) score 3 requiring restorations without local anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
1. Children with a previous history of dental treatment
2. Children whose parents give a history of systemic illnesses, physical or intellectual disabilities
3. Children with dental caries showing signs of dentinal involvement

Name Time Method The efficacy of origami, building blocks and clay will be assessed based on the anxiety levels of the child pre intervention, post- intervention and post treatment.Timepoint: The pulse rate will be measured at baseline, after the chosen intervention and after the treatment. Facial Image Scale will be measured after the treatment.
