Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18 -70 years
2. ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2 patients coming for elective below Umbilical surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1. Emergency surgery
2. Known bleeding diathesis
3. Neuromuscular disease
4. Local skin infections
5. Severe back deformities
6. Raised intracranial pressure
7. Severe Stenotic valvular lesions
8. Cognitive dysfunction
9. Pregnant patients

Name Time Method 1.To compare intrathecal hyperbaric Levobupivacaine and hyperbaric Ropivacaine, on the time required for first rescue analgesia in patients undergoing below umbilicus surgeries. <br/ ><br>2. To compare intrathecal hyperbaric Levobupivacaine and hyperbaric Ropivacaine, for their effects on motor blockade in patients undergoing below umbilicus surgeries. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Every 15 minutes until the time required for the first rescue analgesia. <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method 1 To compare the effects of intrathecal hyperbaric Levobupivacaine and hyperbaric Ropivacaine on the hemodynamic in patients undergoing below umbilicus surgeries.Timepoint: every 5 minutes during the intraoperative period
