- •2. ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2 patients coming for elective below Umbilical surgeries

- •1. Emergency surgery
- •2. Known bleeding diathesis
- •3. Neuromuscular disease
- •4. Local skin infections
- •5. Severe back deformities
- •6. Raised intracranial pressure
- •7. Severe Stenotic valvular lesions
- •8. Cognitive dysfunction
- •9. Pregnant patients
