Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade 1 and 2 scheduled for Endoscopic Urological Surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any contraindication to neuraxial anaesthesia
2.Patients allergic to the drugs being studied
3.Patients with obvious spinal deformities and with signs of raised intracranial pressure
4.Patients with coagulopathy, bleeding disorders, platelet dysfunction
5.Pregnancy
6.Morbid obesity(BMI >40)
