Inclusion Criteria
1)All men with confirmed adenocarcinoma prostate cancer (Pca) on histopathology.
2)Men going to start ADT as a part of management of prostate cancer.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Any men who previously received or receiving any form of ADT.
2)Histological variant of prostate cancer in which ADT is not recommended. (Pathology other than adenocarcinoma)
