Name Time Method To observe changes in oral mucosa in cases of oral Leukoplakia by performing a biopsy to see histopathological changes after administration of curcumin capsules for 3 monthsTimepoint: To observe changes in oral mucosa in cases of oral Leukoplakia by performing a biopsy to see histopathological changes after administration of curcumin capsules for 3 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method to see changes in oral mucosa after intake of curcumin for 3 months in cases of oral Leukoplakia, histopathologically & clinically. Since OLP is PMDTimepoint: to see changes on a clinical basis size of the lesion, mouth opening, pain & burning sensation on a monthly basis. Secondly to evaluate histopathologically after 2nd Biospy changes in mucosa after curcumin treatment (Dysplasia decreased or increased)
