Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. bipolar disorder (based on clinical interview)
- •2\. relatively euthymic (CES\-D \< 16 en YMRS \< 12\)
- •3\. cognitive impairment (at least \-1\.0 SD in one domain)
- •4\. impaired social functioning(SOFAS\<60\)
- •5\. compentent for sign an informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. incapacity to communicate in Dutch due to language barrier, mental retardation (IQ\<70\) or dementia (MMSE \<18\)
- •2\. alcohol or substance abuse
- •3\. anxiety disorder (BAI\>36\)
- •4\. electroconvulsive therapy in last 6 months
- •5\. inability to walk 30 minutes
