入选标准
- •1. bipolar disorder (based on clinical interview)
- •2. relatively euthymic (CES-D < 16 en YMRS < 12)
- •3. cognitive impairment (at least -1.0 SD in one domain)
- •4. impaired social functioning(SOFAS<60)
- •5. compentent for sign an informed consent
排除标准
- •1. incapacity to communicate in Dutch due to language barrier, mental retardation (IQ<70) or dementia (MMSE <18)
- •2. alcohol or substance abuse
- •3. anxiety disorder (BAI>36)
- •4. electroconvulsive therapy in last 6 months
- •5. inability to walk 30 minutes
