1.Patients with age between 30-70 years.
2.Patients who are willing to participate in the study
3. Patients who are available at the of data collection.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with comorbid diseases.
2.Pregnant woman and lactating mothers.
3.Patients with Type I diabetes mellitus
4.Patients with Type II Diabetes in critical care units.
