1. Oral surgery patients who are managed under intubation by postoperative tracheotomy at Nagasaki University Hospital Oral Surgery or Hiroshima University Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery between the date of jRCT publication and December 28, 2023.
2. Patients who can personally provide written consent at their own free will after being receiving a thorough explanation of the study and fully understanding their participation in the study.
Any of the following patients will be excluded:
1. Patients with past history of allergy for the tetracycline hydrochloride and ampicillin sodium sulbactam sodium
2. Partients who are judged to be inappropriate to participate the study by the principal or cooperative doctors.
