Inclusion Criteria
1. Muscle tightness mild to moderate 2. No history of cranial surgery 3. Able to walk independently with or without assistive devices 4. Able to understand and follow instructions
Exclusion Criteria
1. Uncontrolled seizures 2. No metal transplant 3. Infective illness 4. Any congenital disorder Down syndrome fragile X syndrome 5. Unstable physical situation 6. Severe metal problem
