通过机器学习确定 RCA-CRRT 管路寿命的预测变量及预测模型;借助 RCA-CRRT 管路寿命预测模型预测管路寿命,提供高效透析治疗方案,降低 RCA-CRRT 的非计划下机率,提高透析治疗效果。

Inclusion Criteria
- •3.需要 RCA-CRRT 的患者。
Exclusion Criteria
- •2.透析置管引血不畅;
- •3.RCA-CRRT 过程中死亡的患者;
- •4.患者躁动被迫下机的 RCA-CRRT;
- •5.甲状旁腺功能异常的患者;
- •6.治疗过程中出现仪器故障。
