Name Time Method The primary outcome with regard to effectiveness will be the change in self-rated depressive symptoms between T1 and T2 (online questionnaire (baseline, 6 month, 12 month). Depression will be measured by the short version of the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-8).
