Inclusion Criteria
- opened big fontanella
- infraumbilical surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- cardiac or cerebral disease
- prior operation on vertebra, heart or head/brain
- malforamtion of head or vertebra
- closed fontanella
- contraindication for caudal block (von-Willebrand-Syndrome, haemophilia,...)
