Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and II patients
Age between 18-60 yrs
Body mass index: BMI 25-30 kg.m2
Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Airway: Mallampatti grade III and IV
Patients on pacemaker
Patients with history of drug allergy
Patients with history of gastritis
Patients on antipsychotics

Name Time Method Primary objective of the study is to assess, the difference in isoflurane consumption between multimodal regime and conventional regime for a given period of time with EtCA and AoA monitoring.Timepoint: Isoflurane consumption in each patient from the start of anaesthesia to the end of surgery was documented for statistical analysis
