Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Patients with irritable bowel syndrome diagnostic according to ROM III Criteria; Age 15-90 years; living in Sananadaj
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who had undergone abdominal surgery or other abdominal diseases; patients who are not willing to discontinue current medications; medical complications; coagulation problems

Name Time Method Abdominal Pain. Timepoint: Beginning of the study, 2weeks later, Four weeks later. Method of measurement: Mild , Moderate, Sever.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change in excretion pattern. Timepoint: Zero, 2 weeks after intervention, four weeks after initiation of treatment. Method of measurement: clinical history as constipation, diarrhea and normal.
